Can't View Picture in Outlook Express
If you can't view pictures in Outlook Express, the solution is likely an easy one. The following steps should be able
to be completed in less than five minutes and will have you on your way to seeing pictures again
- Begin by opening Outlook Express. You can do this by clicking on the start button and choosing email from the start
menu. If it is not there, you can also look through your program files.

- Next, select "Tools" from the menu bar at the top of Outlook Express. When you open the, choose "options" from this menu.

- Now, once the "Options" menu is open, select the "Security" menu from the choices at the top.

- Last, make sure the two boxes with the titles "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" and "Block images and other external content in HTML E-mail" are not checked. See image below.
